Our children’s ministry area – Training Station – is available to provide age-appropriate lessons and activities. Children in kindergarten through 5th grade will be dismissed when musical worship concludes. Nursery and preschool areas are available for the full service time if needed; please check your preschool children into their class either before the service or after musical worship. Our Children’s Ministry Team is ready to help you and your family get the most out of your time with us this morning. Please head to towards the Training Station area and one of our volunteers can help you get your children registered. Below you will find our four different options to serve your family and provide age-appropriate experiences for everyone.

Kids

Main Worship Area

Your children are welcome to stay with you; quiet activity bags are available to use during the service

Check-in for a safe environment

The safety of our children is extremely important. You and your child(ren) will each get a security tag. Your child’s tag will have his/her name and phone number on it and a unique code. Your tag will have the code for each of your children, and is required for you to pick up your child(ren) after the worship experience. If your child needs you during the worship experience, we will text you to let you know or one of our volunteers will find you.

To parents of young children:

Relax! God put the wiggle in children; don’t feel you have to  suppress those wiggles in God’s house.

  • Consider sitting toward the front where it is easier for your little ones to engage.
  • Quietly explain the parts of the service and actions of the pastors, musicians and leaders.
  • Sing the songs, pray and worship as you are comfortable. Children learn behavior by mimicking you.
  • If you have to leave the main worship area with your child, feel free to do so, but please come back. As Jesus said, “Let the children come to me.”

Your feedback is welcome!

Please communicate any questions or concerns that you may have. We want to make our children’s experience as welcoming, safe and meaningful as possible, and we want you as the parent/caregiver to be confident in and comfortable with the care and training they receive.

Need a Bible?

If your child does not have a Bible of his/her own please take one home for them to keep and read with you as our gift. We encourage you to read with your child daily. Five minutes of reading together each day for a year will give your child over 30 hours of Bible literacy and time with you cuddling and interacting.
